We currently offer six types of services that are designed to exceed the building industry's expectation for precise, professional, superior quality floor plans, building reports, and maps.

Commercial Marketing Floor Plan
The commercial marketing floor plan includes all walls, door swings, windows,
fixtures, room dimensions, and gross square footage. The floor plan is output in Adobe Acrobat pdf
format and is easily inserted into online marketing brochures. The marketing floor plan may be posted
on this website and linked to the interactive space planner tool.
Residential Marketing Floor Plan
The residential marketing floor plan includes all walls, door swings, windows, fixtures, and
total living area square footage. A link containing the pdf file of floor plan, Google map to property, and interacitve space planner tool is
provided for attachment to the MLS online listing. An 8.5" X 11" color, glossy print inserted into a clear, acrylic standup frame along with
print copies are provided for display in the home. Digital photos of each room may be embedded into the pdf file and will popup with a mouse click
on a specific room or camera symbol.
BOMA Building Report
The BOMA Building Report contains the site picture, marketing floor plan, color coded area summary drawing, and
BOMA calculations spreadsheet in accordance with BOMA Office Standard ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 or BOMA Warehouse Standard BOMA/SIOR 2004.
A CD of the Autocad and pdf files are included with the report. The breakdown of rentable area per suite or space is essential information for any
leasing agent or property manager.
Certificate of Occupancy Floor Depictions
Many businesses do not have Certificates of Occupancy for various reasons. Cities like Tucson, AZ are making strides to streamline the process
to make it affordable for companies to obtain a C of O on older buildings. Depending on the building history, Development Services may accept a floor "depiction" in lieu
of a registrant stamped floor plan. This translates to a significant savings for the business owner. The floor depiction illustrated here meets the minimum requirements set forth
in the revised C of O policy.
Emergency Evacuation Maps
Heavily populated buildings such as schools, manufacturing facilities, office buildings and stores should and oftentimes are required to have an Emergency Preparedness Plan to be prepared for
natural or man made disasters.
A valuable component to any plan is the Emergency Evacuation Map that shows the location of safety equipment and exit routes. An accurate floor plan is essential to the creation of the EEM.
Interactive Space Planner
Both commercial and residential floor plans are able to be uploaded into this easy to use interactive space planner tool.
Just drag and drop each furniture symbol into the floor plan. The navigation tool allows one to rotate the symbol at any angle, change color, and most
importantly adjust the SIZE of the object to exactly what you have or plan to buy.

Moving your mouse pointer over any of the small floor plan images will enable a zoomed view of the floor plan.
